Beginning in 2006, the U.S. will play host to a WHF World Cup Race as part of the inaugural World Cup series, featuring the best handcyclists in the world. Adaptive Adventures is proudly hosting the only World Cup in the United States, the Rocky Mountain Omnium, May 26-29, 2006.

Tour of Britain Final Stage

In 2005 the Uk Handcycling Association coordinated an exhibition race in the final Stage of the Pro-Tour of Britain cycle race, which attracted crowds in the region of 100,000 and BBC TV coverage. The race was a circuit around Westminster village in central London past the London landmarks of Parliament, Whitehall, Trafalgar Square & the Embankment. The 2006 race will be bigger and better and should attract a World class field.
