The World
Handcycling Federation is committed to developing
the sport worldwide. The WHF Development Plan will
cover the following areas:
- Develop and
support Continental Federations and their work
- Create, develop and support National Federations
as National Governing
Bodies (NGB) for the sport or utilise in country
disability sports charities
for development of handcycling worldwide
- Coordinate development workshops around the globe
for the sport to develop
its trainers, race organisers, coaches and athletes
- Arrange and supervise handcycling events in these
countries, particularly
those interested in being part of the WHF World Cup
Series
- Create development fund to independently fund the
above
