The WHF will carry out its activities in compliance with
the principles of:
- equality between all the members and all the athletes,
licence-holders, and officials, without racial, sexual,
political or religious prejudice, for disabled and non
disabled people.
- The WHF is independent, but cooperates with other
organisations to further the aims of the Federation.
- The WHF is open to all nations and athletes who
accept the Federation rules and guidelines.
- National races are open to all athletes
fulfilling the WHF Rules and Regulations.
The World Handcycling Federation furthers
innovation in:
- Equipment modifications and new technologies
- Generating new events
- Rules and classifications
